| Indicator Description: | Date of most recent Joint Sector Review (JSR) carried out by the Local Education Group (LEG). A JSR is a monitoring and review mechanism where LEG members get together to assess progress, challenges and funding of the education sector. They provide an opportunity to measure progress against Education Sector Plans (ESPs) as well as to influence allocations and work-plans. They take place annually or biannually (some countries have more than two JSRs per year). Periodicity, participants and working arrangements are determined by the LEG. An aide-memoire gathering conclusions reached by stakeholders is produced at the end of the JSR. |
